About the Owner

PicToGif was founded by Liam Riley, a talented artist with a passion for creativity and a sharp business mindset. From the beginning, Liam poured countless hours into hand-drawing and digitally designing every illustration, some taking weeks or even months to complete. As AI tools evolved, he began integrating them into his creative process — not to replace his art, but to enhance and personalize it further for each customer.

The goal with PicToGif isn't just to sell unique products, but to build something bigger — a space where fellow artists can thrive. The plans are to open the store to other creatives, allowing them to sell their own designs, earn generous commissions, and access new streams of income that weren’t previously possible.
