How do I personalise my product?

Just upload any good-quality photo and use our live editor to place you image, add text, change kit colours (e.g. sports shirts) and swap faces. See your design update in real time, so it’s always spot-on.

What kind of photos work best?

High-resolution, head-on shots with good lighting work best. Our system auto-crops, but clear features and no heavy shadows and excess lighting will give the sharpest results. Sometimes it can be best adjust the lighting on your photo on your device before uploading. If you need any advise please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Can I preview my design before I buy?

Absolutely! Our real-time preview shows exactly how your finished product will look, with all custom edits visible before checkout.

How long does delivery take, and where do you ship?


We ship worldwide, including the UK, Europe, USA, Australia, and more. Production usually takes 1–4 business days, then shipping varies depending on your location (2–7 days typical domestic delivery). 7 - 10 Days oversees.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you notice an issue immediately after ordering, let us know ASAP. Once production starts things move fast, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute edits. Also if you'd like to cancel, please contact us and we'll try to help the best we can.

What if my item arrives damaged?

While we take great care in packaging, mistakes do happen. Send us a photo of the issue soon after receiving it, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

What’s your return policy?

Since each item is made-to-order and personalised, we don’t take standard returns. But if something’s wrong or you’re unhappy, just contact us—we’ll make it right!
